Straight from Washington, US, Jessa and Stephen said “I do” at the lovely Château du Val, surrounded by family and close friends. It was a romantic wedding par excellence, all in the white of their most cherished wish. To achieve this poetic, natural feel, I used English roses (garden roses) in abundance, a romantic must-have, as well as pretty spring flowers such as ranunculus and peonies. But this naturalness would only be natural in the presence of the many other dancing flowers in the bridal bouquet and other floral arrangements.
I have fond memories of this lovely wedding, because there’s something magical about the art of composing floral decorations for such a special event. Each flower chosen, each arrangement made with care, tells a story and becomes a little piece of the love and joy shared that day.
So dear brides and grooms, thank you for sharing these precious and moving moments with me.
